What materials are used?
All items are made of 18k gold and feature precious and semi precious stones.
Is the gold used recycled and / or ethically sourced?
All items are made with recycled gold. The recycling process means that the gold is melted down and refined until it reaches its most pure form. Recycled gold helps in reducing negative environmental impacts. As a small, independent fine jewelry company, we believe that using recycled gold is our best option.
While our gold is recycled, we are not currently able to source fairtrade gold. We are continuously striving towards improving our sourcing, however. We do not offer components like our chains and closures from recycled sources.
Where are the pieces made?
All items are made in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
How can I maintain my piece?
Regularly soak your jewelry in a solution of warm water with a few drops of dish soap. After removing your piece from the solution, scrub it gently with a soft brush. Rinse with clean water and pat dry.

While we attempt to fulfill all orders, we sometimes may not find a suitable solution to deliver our products to you in a safe manner. If this is the case, a member of our team will reach out and a full refund will be issued to you.

If you are making an international purchase, we suggest checking with your local customs office to inquire about any additional charges that you may incur. While we provide free shipping, please be aware that customs and duties are your responsibility.

Because pieces are usually made to order, please allow 2 weeks to receive your package.
